I really want to be a full-time content creator like you guys, but what I have created so far has not made any money. So I'm still looking for a full-time job that pays me monthly to fulfill my needs.
How do I stay motivated to keep creating videos while I know this won't make me money any time soon?

Great question. FWIW - I’m still not funding myself entirely from my own content and I’ve been creating for 2 years. I still need client work to stay afloat, but I’m changing that this year.
It takes time! But there’s no such thing as wasted time creating personal content. You’re building a portfolio as well as strengthening your skills everyday - just keep at it, and things will fall into place. Spend some time crafting your “big picture” plan and everyday motivation comes easier. You’re talented! Have trust in yourself, or no one else will!
